The Job

We are looking for a passionate Deployment Engineer with experience in deploying software in industrial environments.

You will work on deploying DeepHawk’s AI-powered visual quality control software solution within client premises, integrating with vision (image capturing) and production systems.

Your responsibilities will be to :
  • Work alongside the technical and sales team on the timely deployment of DeepHawk’s software licenses

  • Collaborating with development teams to plan deployment strategies and timelines

  • Prepare deployment projects in relationship with the client and partners: timeline, checking prerequisites such as installed hardware and security requirements, integration with mechanical & electrical components

  • Install, configure, test and reach acceptance. Most of those tasks will take place at customer premises in North America

  • Training client’s personnel who will be in charge of using DeepHawk

  • Identifying any technical issue, and working with the rest of the DeepHawk team (in particular the development team) to provide timely resolution and minimize impact on the client.

Your skills and qualifications :
  • Technical education with focus on software

  • Some industrial and/or computer vision background is a plus

  • 3 or more years of experience in software deployment and operations

  • Knowledge of:

    • Windows / Linux management and configuration

    • Industrial Automation

    • Vision systems

  • Agile experience and mindset

  • Self-driven, communicative, and fun to work with

  • Willing to travel frequently in North America and occasionally in Europe.

This role is 100% remote within the U.S., with a preference for candidates located near major airports to facilitate occasional travel. We are particularly interested in applicants from the Detroit area or the Northeast, where our client base and operations are more concentrated.
